Instructions

1) If you have any questions don't hesitate to contact admin at 403-463-2004.

2) You will find your user created content on the menu system under the study tab.

3) Click the Select Category link Above & enter category number you wish to edit. The category number will auto-fill in most cases.

4) Click Prev/Next Record to move through questions.

5) You can also enter in a specific record number to start at any question number you want.

6) Click Clear Highlighting before editing. This removes HTML/CSS formatting. If you fail to do this, you might find the coding confusing.

7) Click Edit Record to create or edit content for questions & answers. It comes up in separate tab/window.

8) Due to the complexity of the highlighting system you must click the button that says Refresh After Edit after editing a record. Otherwise changes are lost!

9) If you wish to highlight certain words, hover over them & click.

10) You cannot undo a single highlighted word, you must hit Clear Highlighting & start again.

11) When happy with the words highlighted, click Lock Highlighting This locks in the highlighting.

12) Once locked in, click Clear Highlighting if you wish to change highlighting.

13) If you click the Edit Record link & find HTML coding, simply close the window that comes up & click Clear Highlighting before trying again.

14) All questions should stand alone & not refer to any other questions. This is because the order in which questions are asked becomes scrambled, with difficult questions asked more often, easier questions less often.

15) It's EASY to include YouTube videos after questions and/or answers! Just find a video you'd like to include and click the share tag. From there, select the embed option. Copy and paste that code into the pic1 or pic2 field. Pic1 is the image or video that displays after the question, while pic2 is the image or video that displays after the answer. Note that our system will edit the code so it's not blocked by our security system.

16) You can also input graphic file names (like jpg files), if you wish, but they will not display until downloaded by administrator. Pic1 displays with the question, pic2 with the answer. Contact admin at 403-463-2004 if you want graphic files displayed.
